Healthy Peppermint Patties
(recipe by Stephanie Borzio, adapted from Dr. Josh Axe)
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw, local honey
4 drops of doTERRA peppermint essential oil
3/4 cup dark chocolate (I use Enjoy Life brand chips)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
*Mix coconut oil, honey, and peppermint buy xenical cost oil. Place in silicon molds. Freeze for 1 hour.
*Melt chocolate and coconut oil. Let cool for 5 minutes. Dip frozen patties in chocolate. Place on parchment lined sheet/plate and return to freezer for 1 hour.
*Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
