AcroYoga is fun, exciting, challenging and completely accessible to everyone. Yes, everyone!
Join Chris and Brian on December 7th for some simple partner movements and gradually build up the level as everyone becomes comfortable with the content. By the end, you will be absolutely amazed by what you have been doing. But, AcroYoga has a therapeutic component as well as an acrobatic one. We will spend a portion of our time exploring ways that we can help each other to stretch, twist and relax. Neither partners no experience is necessary, just a willingness to try, so come on by and surprise yourself!

Brian Davis took his first yoga class for physical therapy and rehabilitation after a serious injury in 2003. Nearly a decade later, he realized that yoga had permeated all aspects of his life and it was time to share this experience with other people, so he took a teacher training in Asheville, NC. Around the same time, he attended his first AcroYoga workshop and was blown away by the practice, the challenge and the community that it fosters. Within a few years, he became a certified AcroYoga teacher. In 2015, he took his Level 2 AcroYoga Teacher Training. And then in 2016, he became a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher.
