How long does setup take?
The very first time you attempt to join one of our live-streamed classes, setup could take 10-20 minutes depending on the speed of your internet. We strongly advise that you register in advance of the class. (In the very least – download Zoom prior to the class time!).
Can I prepay or do I have to sign up right before a class?
You can prepay! Just be sure to save the email you receive with the link to the Zoom call.
I have a Yoga Loft membership – do I have to pay for online classes?
We have paused all Yoga Loft memberships since our physical studio is not open, unless you have requested to keep it active.

I finished the sign-up process and did not receive an email with the class link. What do I do?
Check your junk/spam folder. If you still don’t see it there, email us at info@rebrand.pairsite.com and we’ll send you the link!
