300 Hour Teacher Training Program
5-Day Intensive
October 6-10, 2022
9am – 5:30pm each day
This 5 Day Intensive is designed as the introduction to your 300 Hour Teacher Training. The focus will be on raising your skill level of Yoga Asana Instruction by incorporating a clear, concise understanding of Applied Anatomy, accessible alignment cueing and anatomical languaging. We will address relevant applications of Yoga Philosophy and Mythology as it relates specifically to Asana. You will gain fresh perspectives on teaching Pranayama and incorporating the Bandhas and Chakras into your instruction in meaningful ways. There will be short assignments for you to complete on your own prior to each day which will inform that day’s lessons. You will receive an email with the assignments as soon as you are registered. The Intensive is structured to give you 40 hours of credit.

This is a module in our 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training Program, and is also open to the public for CEUs (Continuing Education Units).
The cost to attend the 5-Day Intensive for a total of 40 hours of CEUs is $849. For those enrolled in our 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Program, this module is included.
