This module will take a deeper dive into the applied functional anatomy and physiology that you learned in your 200 Hour YTT. The focus will be on expanding your knowledge of how the body works transitioning in and out of all pose groups by addressing relevant joint positions, muscle groups, body systems and planes of motion. The emphasis on these specifics is designed for you to gain effective, practical knowledge so you can confidently tailor your instruction to safely guide students at all levels of practice.
